Salins Ibérica the Spanish entity of the Salins group.

Salins Ibérica is the parent company of Unión Salinera de España ("UnionSal") and its subsidiary Nueva Compañia Arrendataria de las Salinas de Torrevieja ("TorreSal"), which has owned the concession to extract salt from the Torrevieja lagoon since 1951. Salins Ibérica was formed in 2005 in view of further acquisitions in Spain and Portugal.

With a production capacity of almost a million tonnes, a complete range of commercial products, from salt in bulk to bagged salt and specialities, Salins Ibérica is a European-wide company that can fully assert its Spanish identity, while benefiting at the technical, industrial and commercial levels, from its membership of a major international group.

Salins Ibérica is mainly active in the Spanish, Portuguese and French markets. However, thanks to its large capacity port loading facilities, the company is also present on the remote export markets.
