The SALINS group implements a Safety and Prevention of Accidents at Work policy for all of its activities.
With this in mind, these activities must be conducted in compliance with the following principles :
Safety and prevention of accidents at work shall always take priority over production, sales or profitability considerations.
All work-related injuries or illnesses are avoidable.
In our company, no circumstance or situation which puts employees at risk is justifiable.
Management is primarily responsible for ensuring the safety and prevention of accidents at work. All managers are 100% committed to this aim and carry out the necessary measures effectively.
Each employee is also responsible for their own safety, and the safety of others, and the prevention of accidents at work. This is one of the employment conditions which apply to all company staff.
Management and employees should ensure that safety regulations are respected in all their working tasks, whether they be related to products, their manufacture, storage or distribution; both on site and at the design or operations stage.
